Ottimo il download, mentre l'upload mi pare un pò basso.
Quale scheda di rete e sistema operativo utilizzi per curiosità?
Provando con qualche FTTH 10Gbps Openstream, nel mio caso sui server europei l'upload rimane regolare sui 2Gbps:

Avevo visto tempo fa qualche test con TIM 10Gbps ed i risultati erano piuttosto diversi: nettamente peggiori dei tuoi nel download, ma l'upload rimaneva comunque entro 1.5Gbps in EU senza problemi.
A questo punto potrebbe dipendere dalla zona o magari dal momento della giornata. riprova magari in un'altra fascia oraria per vedere se cambia qualcosa.
