Aruba da Ponte San Pietro “usa molto” cogent in uscita. Cogent è upstream Tiscali ma agganciato a Roma.
Questa mi sembra l’ipotesi più plausibile.Basta verificare con uno che ha una VPS

Dell'aeroporto lo sapevo.. ma quanta mistificazione Ryanair ha fatto scuola.
OVH allora potrebbe vendere Roubaix come "Bruxelles".. tanto siamo lì a 5-6 ms no ? O non si può solo perchè è uno stato diverso ?
