FilippoC Grazie, test utili.
In questo caso va bene in WiFi, è evidente che non è un problema di rete LAN.
Sto ricevendo anche altre segnalazioni di clienti con download lento e loss.

Qui da me a Roma VULA è tutto perfetto, non saprei.

Stasera è persino più serio del solito, il packet loss è discreto (google.com ~ 7%) e speedtest mi segna ~ 16 Mbps in down. Con Eolo segna sempre 730 Mbps, indi è pura congestione di qualche segmento chiaramente peggiorata dal weekend... Evviva

Latenza molto alta verso Amazon Web Service la sera (gioco: Valorant, valorant ha anche dei server proprietari fuori dalla rete aws, e in quelli il ping risulta stabile e basso.)

questa è la schermata di selezione server. Francoforte 1 e Parigi 1 sono server proprietari di Riot Games, mentre Francoforte 2, Parigi 2 e Londra sono AWS.

simone7700 Sarebbero utili anche gli altri test richiesti, anche dei semplici traceroute da windows.
Il test fallo quando va proprio male male, possibilmente da riga di comando come indicato nelle istruzioni.

andreagdipaolo il punto è che questo menù è ingame, quindi bisogna aprire il game, selezionare uno di questi server poi magari entrare in una partita personalizzata e fare wireshark; se mi dai giusto 5 minuti te li faccio. hai bisogno anche di francoforte 1 e parigi 1 oppure solo di ff2 parigi2 e londra?

Purtroppo devo dire che ieri sera per la prima volta mi è stato impossibile usare Stadia: inizialmente andava proprio a scatti ed era inutilizzabile, poi dopo aver cambiato un po' di ip sono riuscito ad avere una sessione abbastanza fluida ma ogni 2 minuti mi compariva l'avviso "la sessione potrebbe interrompersi, connessione instabile" e puntualmente mi buttava fuori. (ovviamente è tutto collegato via cavo)
Esasperato ho rinunciato e sono andato su prime video e lì ho guardato tranquillamente in 4k.
Ho fatto un po' di speedtest su vodafone milano e non superavo i 600 ma il ping su 8.8.8.8 comunque restava basso e stabile. Se c'erano grossi problemi evidentemente erano solo sulla tratta verso dove è hostato stadia.

Andrea prima di mangiarmi in testa prometto che se stasera mi capita di nuovo mi metto lì meticolosamente a recuperare l'ip del server al quale sono connesso e faccio tutti i test del caso.

Per chi usa Linux/Mac con mtr
Copiate direttamente il testo, che viene fuori dopo aver eseguito 10 misure.

il comando da dare è mtr -ezw
