A me pare che, Tim per Tim, le cose vadano benone. Appena esco fuori Italia mi faccio male. Tra l'altro se provo a fare lo speedtest VS providers non-tim, scendo a 30mbps in download, ma l'upload resta inalterato.

Si, ti confermo che, se passo per CloudFlare Warp (per esempio), il problema di performance in download sparisce. Il problema è che dietro VPN molte altre cose rallentano. Tra l'altro da CloudFlare resto in Campania, manco a dire mi buttano chissà su quale exit node.
