Salve, sono utente fibra FTTH vodafone, in area bianca attivato da OpenFiber il 10 Febbraio 2024, hanno installato un ONT Nokia e ovviamente la Vodafone Station Wifi 6.
Sto riscontrando delle brevi disconnessioni, negli orari più disparati. La connessione è veloce e rispetta il profilo 1000/300, ma 1-2 volte al giorno avviene una microdisconnessione, che spesso passa inosservata, ma se sono su rete cablata ottengo un down del link lan che dura pochi secondi.
Infatti in genere nell'arco di 10 secondi si disconnette e si riconnette, a volte cambia IP altre volte viene riassegnato lo stesso IP.

Questo un estratto dei log, sembra che vada in down il link della porta wan (LAN 1), per poi ristabilire la connessione pppoe. Ho provato a contattare Vodafone, ma mi hanno detto che questo numero di disconnessioni sono "normali" e attualmente non ci sono anomalie che richiedono una verifica di un tecnico.
Purtroppo quando avvengono creano una situazione un pò invalidante in quanto se sono ad esempio su un gioco online mi butta fuori dalla partita (questa cosa so può sembrare stupida, ma è fastidiosa), la cosa più grave è visto che lavoro molto in smartworking, se sono collegato ai server con le varie shell, e mi va giù la connessione, rischio di lasciare appese delle operazioni e dover rifare tutte le connessioni alle shell.

Ora chiedo a voi è normale davvero avere questo tipo di disconnessioni? Qualcun altro su ftth Vodafone ha le stesse problematiche?

    Ho una FTTH Vodafone, fino a qualche mese fa avevo ONT huawey e fritz 4040. Ho richiesto un nuovo ONT per usufruire del profilo da 2.5 gigabit e mi hanno mandato un ONT Nokia al quale ho abbinato un Fritz 5590.

    Ti posso dire che da quando ho cambiato configurazione ho il tuo stesso problema, credo che il problema sia l’ONT della Nokia (voglio credere che non sia il Fritz 5590) perché quando ricambio configurazione (reinstallando l’ont guaste e Fritz 4040) non ho più queste micro disconnessioni.

    In ogni caso seguo il post per verificare se qualcun altro ha avuto lo stesso problema.

    Ciao, pure io Vodafone FTTH in area bianca, provincia di Parma, tu di dove sei? Lamento gli stessi problemi... circa ogni 24-48 ore, senza un pattern preciso. Queste disconnessioni sono molto fastidiose perchè possono interrompere una sessione di gioco e buttarti fuori dalla partita. Giochi a parte anche io voglio una connessione stabile, potrei accettare una caduta della PPPoE ogni 30-40 giorni ma non ogni 24 ore. Ho router Vodafone Wifi 6 Station e ONT Nokia G-010G-T.

    Avendo l'ONT sotto al tavolo non vedo se perde la GPON, ma non credo, in quanto in pochi secondi ritorna la connessione. Puoi verificare se durante queste connessioni l'ONT lampeggia?

    Riesci a postare un log completo simile al mio? Come vedi sono circa 10 secondi di log, parte da "LAN Port [1] link is down." fino a quando assegna i DNS con "Internet DNS Server 91.80.35.133,91.80.35.166."

      Il log è esattamente uguale a questo, ad un certo punto c'è un link down sulla LAN 1, ossia la WAN, l'ONT non lampeggia, in genere al massimo lampeggia di rosso il led internet della station, ma dura davvero poco quindi è difficile vederlo, l'ONT non l'ho mai visto lampeggiare. Anche a me a volte si vede quel log di change node con un link sulla porta 8081, ma non sempre.
      Per me sono due le cose o la station ha un bug sulla LAN1, o l'ONT Nokia di tanto in tanto manda a terra il link sulla porta LAN. Ho contattato la vodafone e per loro la linea è buona, e vogliono cambiarmi la vodafone station, ma ho seri dubbi che possa risolversi. Quello che dice @Crisx10x mi fa sospettare dell'ONT Nokia G-010G-T visto che anche a me Open Fiber ha montato questo, io sono in provincia di Salerno (Campania). Essendo che @Crisx10x ha un fritz e non la station, i sospetti cadono molto di più sull'ONT che su un bug della station, visto che il fritz dovrebbe avere un firmware decisamente più stabile e manutenuto rispetto al SERCOMM di Vodafone.

        vegethssj85 non riesco a darvi il log. Comunque si, i sospetti cadono sull'ont visto che abbiamo tutti lo stesso modello di Nokia. Il problema però è che chiamando Vodafone per la sostituzione non ne capiscono nulla, quindi non so se può essere necessario un qualche intervento lato software sull'ONT oppure magari acquistare un ONT che si comporti meglio.

          Crisx10x Sono appena venuti i tecnici di openfiber, per loro il segnale è ottimo sull'ont è a 15, secondo loro è stato causato da interventi di manutenzione sulla linea. Mi hanno detto di aspettare altri 15-20 gg, se dovesse continuare devo richiamare per far sostituire eventualmente ont/station. Vedremo, ad oggi sono passati 4gg dall'ultima disconnessione.

          Ho la stessa configurazione, vodafone station + ont nokia G-010G-T.
          Scaricando il log ho solo questi eventi dal 28 marzo circa.

          Cerchiamo di tenere monitorati tutti la situazione, se peggiora o migliora o rimane stazionaria. Abbiamo tutti lo stesso ONT Nokia che finisce con T... il fatto è che anche facendocelo cambiare non migliorerebbe la situazione, a meno che non ci diano proprio un altro modello.

          Bene che siano comunque intervenuti a fare verifiche nel tuo caso. Anche nel mio caso non sono valori dipendenti dal segnale (l'ho misurato sulla VF Station -12dB in Rx e +2db in Tx ).

          4 disconnessioni in 4-5 giorni non è comunque la normalità, credo che la mia FTTC con Tim rimanesse connessa settimane senza problemi.

          Avevo la VS REVOLUTION sin dalla FTTC\ VDSL, poi passato alla FTTH anni fa non appena OF ha cablato la zona aggiungendo ONT Huawei.
          MAI avuto disconnessioni, nemmeno brevi e passando ore ed ore in call conference me ne sarei accorto.
          Poi la VS REVO si è guastata e mi hanno portato una VS6 e rimosso l'ONT.
          Scontentissimo, ho chiesto che mi montassero un ONT e mi hanno messo il nuovo Nokia da 2.5 GBps al quale ho collegato un router MikroTik.
          In 3 settimane non mi pare di avere avuto disconnessioni.
          Ho guardato adesso il log e nelle ultime 24 ore niente di rilevante.
          Ho aumentato di 10 volte il buffer e vedremo nei giorni a venire.

              E niente alle 22:14, dopo che la segnalazione è stata chiusa, in un orario in cui non ci sono interventi, la manutenzione è finita, si è disconnesso di nuovo, quindi non centrava nulla la manutenzione. Le disconnessioni continuano

                ma qua oggi sono due ore che non c'è connessione... il PPPoE non va su e l'ONT è rosso fisso.

                  Se l'ont ha luce rossa, è sicuramente un problema di centralina/cavi, che in genere correggono autonomamente. Al più puoi fare la segnalazione a Vodafone. Ma un log dei guasti non saprei dove possa essere reperito.

                    Boh... chiamato il 190, fornito il numero della linea... il risponditore dice che sulla mia utenza c'è un guasto che sarà riparato il 3 giorni.
                    Nel frattempo hanno abilitato il traffico dati illimitato sulla SIM di backup e infatti il router adesso è connesso in LTE.

                    L'unico vantaggio di Vodafone... dati mobili illimitati sulla SIM di backup del contratto

                    EDIT: ho tolto il ONT e rimesso la VS6 che lo ha integrato

                        Prima di cena ha chiamato OF (usano sempre lo stesso numero) ma mi sono perso la chiamata.
                        Ho provato a cambiare la bretella ottica... niente
                        Sono andato sulla scatola di derivazione nel semi interrato e mi sono attaccato li, ma nulla di nulla.
                        COmunque gli altri nello stabile non hanno problemi

                        eh niente... mi hanno attaccato su un'altra fibra disponibile nella scatola del palazzo.
                        Come era una volta per i doppini del telefono.. finche c'erano doppini che avanzavano, non stavano a cercare il guasto e ti attaccavano su uno nuovo
