In riassunto vogliono che compili una lettera la firmo e glie la spedisco per farmi controllare lo smartphone xD
Glia avevo allegato tutti i problemi del telefono ma le risposte sono tutte o quasi povere (io gli scrissi in italiano hanno tradotto loro le mie domande)

5#Even if I deactivate the vibration in notifications/calls and leave only the ringtone, the vibration remains, it cannot be deactivated!
-----For incoming call vibration, by setting "ring only", you can not respond to the vibration, and the test is ok;
To turn off the vibration of the plug-in charger, you can enter sound&vibration-》more sound settings to turn off charging sound and vibration;

6#Replying to messages with the gamespace interface is impossible, badly structured full of bugs other than quick mode
The voice assistant (google) does not activate if there is audio or music playing
The network/data connection freezes sometimes, it doesn't work even if the reception is present, but the internet is absent.

***la risposta più utile era quella sulla sidebar ma già avevamo risolto qua sul forum (io come in molti non trovavamo dove'era la funzione per disattivarla) ma un utente aveva scritto come risolvere (ho dimenticato io a cancellarla tra le lista dei problemi)

Gli ho detto non è meglio che mi inviate un telefono da Tester (anche scarno/rovinato ecc...) per i vostri update in modo da verificare problemi e il tutto in esso ?
Ovviamente hanno declinato...
