There is some incompatibility with your provider for a particular modem, but there is test firmware that corrects this.
There will be stable firmware, but it is not yet known when.
In order to install it, I need remote access to the device.
Can You provide remote access to the device from the Ethernet side to Winbox?
It would make my task much easier if you can connect the device to the Internet via an Ethernet cable, because upgrading LTE of course stops LTE working for upgrade time.
Anyway, I suggest to use BTH option to remote, here is an instruction:
Make sure you have RouterOS version V7.12 or higher
enable DDNS Cloud service: IP → Cloud → Cloud → DDNS Enabled
don't forget to check the box in Cloud → "Use Local Address"
enable Back To Home: IP → Cloud → BTH VPN → enabled
send us the text from: IP → Cloud → BTH VPN WireGuard → VPN WireGuard Client Config
send us your credentials like you enter them to connect the device (IP address, login, password)
Appena possibile seguirò le indicazioni del supporto. Nel frattempo vorrei chiedere maggiori ragguagli su questa indicazione "send us the text from: IP → Cloud → BTH VPN WireGuard → VPN WireGuard Client Config". In pratica cosa dovrei fare o, ancora, dovrò generare un file di testo da inviargli, oppure scrivere su un file di testo quello che mi comparirà attivano questa la procedura della stringa?
