If version will be not ok (TIM B06) , then update will not start for sure.
Mabe try to press reset for longe time to make factory defaults. Maybe that wil help.

And to be honest , i don't know if there is any advantage of Elisa FW ( since band selection is possible to do via py scripts ,and made from this exe files posted here).

AndreMales Io ho il firmware Tim, principalmente penso che con Elisa si possano impostare le bande aggregate da browser.
Con fw Tim ci sono gli script python creati e postati in questo forum.
A me però non rimangono le aggregazioni impostate, non so se anche con Elisa sia così.

      Quando ho provato con il TIM rimanevano memorizzate, non puoi scegliere la banda primaria ma è così anche con Elisa.

      @Marcin there is a way for return to TIM fw from Elisa?

          Yes , but you need open router and connect to serial terminal via usb-ttl adapter , and via uboot flash partition mtd8 and mtd9. It is described in this topic: https://eko.one.pl/forum/viewtopic.php?id=19085
          This will only brings soft on router , but on modem it still stay Elisa , so some OTA update from TIM can couse fail. But this is better then nothing.
          And before you do that don't forget to make a backup of all partitions ( just to protect).

                Gimo se hai attive le B20, B3, B7 è normale e anche con il fw Elisa avrai lo stesso comportamento.

                            GioAda Si penso sia normale in quanto cambia le bande tra quelle che ho inserito: B3,B7,B20.
                            La banda B1 non viene inserita anche se presente.
                            Ho provato con 2 bande ed è uguale: B3,B20 e sposta solo quelle come gli pare.

                              Come già detto da Marcin al momento non ci sono vantaggi nello sbrandizzare il router e passare a Elisa, con gli script di possono cambiare le bande e ottenere info dettagliate.
                              Unico vantaggio al momento è l'utilizzo telefonico, che almeno nel mio caso con firmware Tim non funziona.

                                Ciao a tutti, cosa mi sapete dire de MF286D con firmware Nordic? Sono nobrand o sono semplicemente dei TIM poi modificati? Perchè chi li vende sostiene che si possono usare su tutte le SIM, senza problemi anche di aggregazione e con VOLTE attivo sulle due porte... attendo notizie da voi guru.

                                  Nordic firmware is most complex ( what i ave seen ) , newest version B10 have even Upload agregation turn on/off ( don't know what for , but there is) , and Nightmode ( turning off LEDs in harmonogram).

Ti confermo che ho acquistato il modem nuovo circa 7 mesi fa su eBay, finora l'ho provato con SIM PosteMobile, sia prima che dopo il passaggio a rete Vodafone, e con SIM Iliad: è un prodotto che mi ha consentito di migliorare in maniera importante le prestazioni rispetto al modem in comodato di PosteMobile.

                                        @Marcin Do you know where i can download the Nordic firmware and use It? The procedure Is the same as ELISA?

                                        Firstly ,Nordic use webasword generated in unknown ( by me ) way.(Not only Nordic , but lot others).
                                        So loading it will couse , that you will be not able to login to web . Nordic routers have their uniques passwords on labels under router.
                                        With Elisa is simplier ,since web password is the same as wifi password ( and wifi password is easy to recover).
                                        TIM use standard password "admin".
                                        And secondly , i was not able to find a Firmware files . I tried to copy flash memory from Nordic , and that works , but web password changed , and also donors password not worked.
