Se flippo il connettore usb-c nell'adattatore usb-c usb-a (stesso, identico) linka correttamente e arriva a quasi 2 Gbps ma stava ancora accelerando quando il file da 1 GB è finito:

Non andava d'accordo con la scheda pci-e. Che la scheda pci-e sia maledetta.
