((Regarding Updates))
Hello everyone, while browsing some websites and searching for routers...
I was struck by a post from someone who purchased this router from the last batch.
It had an advanced login page, unlike the one we have now...and the update number was different!
When I asked the router owner about the update method he received, he said that when he purchased the router, he found the login page with the new look, without any updates!!

I contacted ZTE's technical support and asked why we weren't receiving new updates despite the bugs. This was their response:

Although the device was released in late 2024, it's very new and should have received updates and avoided software bugs that will continue to plague us for a full year without being fixed. The biggest disaster is that the company forgot the release date of its device, as shown in the image above.
Also, the ZTE app doesn't work with the router at all, and I don't know the reason for this. There are even users with the same routers and the same problem, with no solutions from the company.
