A-da-coddai lo standard IEEE internazionale riconosce i cat 8, quindi esistono, che poi si vendano cavi finti marchiati cat 8 che non lo sono, quello è un altro discorso, ma dire che i cat 8 non esistono non è vero

Sire4918 per avere un cat > 6 devi avere un bel po’ di cose a posto e nessun cavo per utenti base lo è realmente. Per non parlare delle mancate messe a terra delle schermature che non è cosa banale se fatta bene

Sire4918 io non ho detto che i cavi cat8 non esistono, ma che quei cavi che indichi come cat8 molto probabilmente non lo sono in realtà, ma forse degli scarsi cat5e per esempio, spesso con certificazione farlocca (i cavi veramente cat8 vengono usati nei datacenter, di sicuro non in ambito residenziale e tanto meno negli uffici).

linux1si io ho Tiscali e la visione delle partita di ieri sera era pessima ma facendo speedtest in parallelo sullo smartphone la connessione non aveva particolari problemi usando il server Eolo di Milano quindi suppongo fosse qualcosa al di sopra dell'operatore tanto che se uscivo e rientravo immediamente nello streaming della partita essa tornava ad alta qualità e solo dopo un certo tempo la qualità diventava pessima.

Io come al solito ho eseguito dei Test, avendo Prime ho provato a vedere la partita e si vedeva bene, nel frattempo dei test stavo utilizzando la rete, non ho notato nessun problema, solo dai test risultava aumentata la latenza, ma nell'utilizzo boh non l'ho notato, funzionava tutto

linux1si Mercoledì sera ho riscontrato ping alto in generale verso alcune destinazioni. Su discord Milano sono passato da 10/12ms a circa 50, su CS2 pingavo 90/120 ms dipendentemente dal server. Non ho riscontrato packet loss.
Ho notato questa anomalia anche sulle misurazioni built-in della mia probe Atlas. Speedtest OK.

Ho contattato @MicheleBandinu (ho attivato la linea con lui e lo ringrazio per il supporto che mi ha fornito), mi ha informato di una problematica relativa al bilanciamento del traffico di un kit di Milano; mi ha anche comunicato che è previsto un upgrade e che proverà a farmi spostare di kit.

vedo che siamo stabili intorno al 50/60 di ping base come lo era ai test precedenti.
funziona e anche se non ho fatto test questi mercoledi io personalmente non ho notato nessun malfunzionamento.

ragazzi come vi invidio... voi che potete fare i somelier della fibra... "a me va a 850 a me 900 a me 600" io sono 6 mesi che aspetto l'attivazione in area BUL... gli dò tempo fino alla befana poi con un piccone dissotterro tutta la fibra che hanno infossato in questi anni e gli dò fuoco, maledetti. 😁
