[ENG] Zyxel NR7302 Firmwares

Dato che non so parlare italiano devo usare il traduttore - mi dispiace.

Ho due router NR7302 bloccati. Entrambi hanno il firmware della Telekom tedesca, quindi la funzione eSim è stata rimossa. Utilizzando il terminale UART non è possibile interferire, il terminale si chiude, quando il dispositivo si avvia nel firmware Quectel/boot.img

È possibile flashare nuovi firmware con Zycast, inondando pacchetti multicast da un'altra macchina, ma il dispositivo (che è morto e lampeggia solo in verde), non si riprende.

La mia domanda è: @Alessandro8083 hai per caso qualche firmware per il dispositivo? Ho solo i firmware di German Telekom che iniziano con b1 - in b1 la console UART è già chiusa 🙁

I've got two bricked NR7302 routers. Both are running the the German Telekom firmware, so the eSim feature is removed. Using the UART terminal it is not possible to interfere, the terminal closes, when the device boots into the Quectel firmware/boot.img

It is possible to flash new firmwares with Zycast, flooding multicast packages from another machine, but the device (which is dead and only flashes green), doesnt recover.

My question is: @Alessandro8083 do you possibly have any firmwares for the device? I only have German Telekom firmwares beginning with b1 - in b1 the UART console is closed already 🙁

I can try ask other ppl, i think i have seen thread also here, about NR7302.
This E-sim problem is not new, but im not very informed about it.
Hopefully someone around can help you, there is a whole thread about 7302.

That would be super nice. There must be a firmware "somewhere" that allowed the serial console to be tampered with, but the new ones disable it.

Perhaps you may try to ask to @handymenny (IIRC he got some fw from Zyxel itself) but I don't know if it's hanging around with us nowadays.
I heard of a Discord group made by people from Zyxel community also, you can try there (or on Zyxel forum) maybe.

ohne esim not work, it's only for provider to set and appropriate esim to work. I have a nr7302 with A1 firmware and menu unlocked for esim. I try to set a esim but no activate or enable it.

I still should have somewhere the latest german and the austrian one, but how would you flash them into the routers?

he (as me) asked and received source codes from Zyxel, but not clear how to compile and what is the result...

I would try to ask on Zyxel forums. I've seen that sometime they hand out firmwares e.g. for the modem
