Tim, Il router non riesce a connettersi alla rete

Mi scuso per la descrizione in inglese del mio problema. Ho un modem internet TIM a casa e da stamattina non riesco a connettermi a internet, nel frattempo funziona solo la luce di Linea e WiFi sul router. Qualche tecnico sa da dove deriva il problema? Grazie mille in anticipo.
