Salve sono nuovo sul forum ma ho letto qualche discussione e volevo chiedervi spiegazioni riguardo la mia linea.
Ho un contratto con tiscali e ho una 100 mega vdsl, ho sempre avuto problemi di disconnessioni più volte al giorno e dopo averlo segnalato a tiscali mi hanno mandato dei tecnici a controllare. Il problema è che avevo ancora l'impianto vecchio per adsl quindi con una tripolare + varie rj11 connesse in casa. Dopo essermi informato ho staccato la tripolare più le altre rj11 e ho portato il doppino che arriva dalla cassetta nel portone (abito in un condominio) direttamente nella camera dove utilizzo il modem tramite un cavo (rigido in rame ma ha 3 cavi dentro l'armatura ed ho utilizzato solo 2 dei 3, non so se il cavo può dare probelmi. Ho utilizzato 15m di cavo per arrivare in camera usando le canaline esistenti) Come risultato ho guadagnato subito quasi 10 mega (da 41 a 51 in download) e non ho più disconnessioni. Questa velocità però dopo un paio di giorni è scesa e adesso faccio 45 in download. Qualche giorno dopo Tiscali mi ha mandato un nuovo modem (VMG8823-B50B) e volevo una mano da voi più esperti a capire se i miei valori sono buoni.
