Volevo chiudere la discussione aggiungendo per i posteri che alla fine ho attivato una linea TIM senza modem, ho configurato il Technicolor con bridge tra ptm0.835 e eth0, pfSense adesso si connette e naviga che è una meraviglia. Tra l'altro per il VoIP non c'è bisogno di ulteriori connessioni su VLAN differenti.
Chiesto i dati di configurazione del VoIP al Servizio Clienti, configurato FreePBX e va anche quello.
Avevo provato a collegarmi alla seriale della VS, ma credo che il firmware disattivi l'RX, quindi non c'è stato modo di bloccare il boot. Penso che in ogni caso non ci sarebbe stato nemmeno modo di avviare una shell.
Il connettore della seriale è J4, con il seguente pinout: 1GND (triangolino bianco) 2TX 3VCC 4RX
