FTTH con router instabile: solo (!) l'upload si ferma

Ciao a tutti, a casa ho il router TIM Hub+ per l'FTTH (dettagli a seguire).

Da ormai più di un mese la connessione è altamente instabile: la connessione al web si disconnette automaticamente, ma basta riavviare il router che ritorni.
Altro strano comportamento: ad esempio, durante le videochiamate, a tratti si blocca solamente (!) l'upload! Chi è a casa continua a ricevere i dati, ma chi sta dall'altra parte della chiamata vede tutto in freeze. Lo stesso mentre si gioca a Stadia: lo schermo continua ad aggiornarsi ma i nuovi comandi da tastiera vengono ignorati. Questo è confermato anche dal monitor delle risorse del sistema operativo.

Mi chiedevo se poteste aiutarmi a leggere questo LOG (con almeno 2 disconnessioni a mia memoria) per rintracciare i momenti di disconessione e possibili eventi che potrebbero aiutare a risolvere, grazie!

PS: Ho provato già a disaccoppiare 2.4GHz and 5GHz (senza bandsteering), usare l’ethernet, disattivare le 2.4GHz, EasyMeash attivato o disattivato, indirizzi IP statici per i dispositivi.. niente ha funzionato.

Gabrer ad esempio, durante le videochiamate, a tratti si blocca solamente (!) l'upload

Dovresti tenere in esecuzione un ping da terminale per vedere cosa succede.

E non usare il WiFi per escludere appunto il WiFi.

Gabrer Secondo me è raro che ilnl problema sia della linea, un raro caso potrebbe essere il surrscaldamento dello stick.

Se il problema è solo del wifi compra una soluzione mesh wifi tipo Netgear Orbi o Amazon Eero.

Se il problema capita anche con la lan allora fatti cambiare il modem da Tim

Inoltre, potreste confermare se è normale che l'ATM Ping Test ritorni l'errore:

Purtroppo a prescindere dal WiFi, resterebbe il problema fondamentale delle perdite di linea da parte del router che deve essere riavviato.

Questo è il risultato di SpeedTest da terminale (i) prima solamente ethernet e (ii) poi con il WiFi 5GHz.

La linea quando c'è sembra funzionare piuttosto bene, a meno dei problemi di upload ottenuti sia via WiFi che ethernet. Come poi si può vedere del log, ogni 2 ore circa (con intervalli irregolari), il router ha bisogno di essere riavviato per ritrovare immediatamente la connessione.

Mi chiedevo se dal log si potesse desumere qualche indizio per il problema. E magari qualcosa che possa usare per convincere gli operatori del 187 a cambiare il router.

La velocità massima non è un problema, quello è dovuto al tipo di scheda in quel desktop (Fast Ethernet (IEEE 802.3u) a 100 Mbps, quindi è la velocità attesa).
Il problema è che il router perde la linea, con o senza ethernet collegato, e con o senza WiFi attivato.

Mario, il problema si verifica a prescindere dai device connessi, il router perde la connessione. In aggiunta (!) c'è il problema dell'upload che si verifica sia con ethernet (100Mbps) che con WiFi 5GHz.

Mi servirebbe aiuto per capire quale record del log mostra che la connessione è stata persa, e magari qualche altro record che possa suggerire da dove derivi il problema.

Gabrer dal primo speedtest si evince che ha negoziato connessione a fast ethernet(100 mega)controlla e cambia il cavo ethernet

Gabrer Chiama il 187 e digli che il router non funziona e si spenge ti manderanno in un negozio Tim a cambiarlo.

L'operatore del 187, dopo avere fatto "il reset UNT e della porta" senza successo, mi ha detto che una "squadra sarebbe uscita e avrebbero dato feedback presso il mio numero".
Pensate un po'? Ho richiamato dopo una settimana e la pratica era stata chiusa dicendo che avevo rifiutato l'intervento. Beninteso: non sono mai stato contattato.

Adesso sto provando il Doctor Tim, speriamo bene.

Gabrer Stacca il modem poi chiama il 187 e digli che il modem non sia ccende più e che eessendo i comodato devono cambiartelo...
