Follow the instructions:
- We take out the modem from the computer.
- Remove all HUAWEI drivers (basic and COM);
- Remove Mobile Broadband HL Service;
- Install the package HUAWEI_WinDriver_v2.78.12.00_setup.exe
- Connect the modem. If the modem detects a CD-ROM drive, pull the modem out of the computer again.
- Re-run HUAWEI_WinDriver_v2.78.12.00_setup.exe over the old installation.
- Connect the modem again. Should be defined as 2 COM ports.

salve cortesemente e' possibile postare il firmware k5160_alternative per la mia brandizzata k5160 voda??'grazie 1000
il firmware costa 12euro compreso 2 ore per sbrandizarlo. almeno cosi ho pagato io.

o lho devi smontare o devi becare il punto giusto per fare un ponte tra gnd de bootpin.
