Ho trovato un post su reddit che sembra descrivere un caso simile:
"So I've been using torrents for a while now, maybe about 8 years, but just recently I've noticed I've never had to port forward.
Even if I tried, it's a common practice to subnet the individual consumer's router to a subnet which is in turn allocated to a public IP. This is called CGNAT, and it stops me from both port forwarding and using DDNS, since my router's IP isn't my public IP and the ports I forward on my router likely aren't open on my carrier's router"
A cui uno risponde:
"A. You've never torrented in small torrent swarms (e.g. with only 1 or 2 seeds)
or
B. You've lucked out and only connected to torrent swarms that happen to have connectable peers in them."
Che e' il mio caso, di torrent con pochissimi seed.
Quindi e' una questione di CGNAT e porte che vengono gestite dal provider.
Da quanto ho capito devo provare a fare una richiesta a Dimensione di IP pubblico (non statico)?
Pero' mi sembra strano che non sia un problema molto comune. Non solo torrent, ma ci sono tanti programmi che hanno bisogno di un controllo delle porte.
