Buongiorno ragazzi, piacere di conoscervi.
Chiedo aiuto a voi sperando di ricevere la risposta, perchè sono mesi che ormai combatto con la Tim e le sue scuse,
Sono mesi che in modo random il mio Tim hub perde la connessione e si accendono i led Infoled e Internet di rosso.
Il modem rimane per circa 1 minuto senza connessione per poi ricollegarsi come se niente fosse.
Il mio impianto è formato da Tim Hub(dove è collegata la Play station) e Tp-Link deco M4 collegato via Ethernet al modem che mi crea la mia rete wireless per tutta la casa.
Nelle ultime settimane i vari operatori tim hanno dato la colpa al Tp-Link dicendo che creava disturbo e mandava offline il modem, ma anche scollegando il mesh il problema si ripresenta.
Questa mattina mi è stato detto che il modem aveva vari aggiornamenti incompleti ed era per quello che perdeva la connessione, ma anche forzando gli aggiornamenti il problema non si è risolto.
Sempre questa mattina l'operatore ha trovato il profilo di collegamento settato male e lo ha cambiato, ma anche questo non ha risolto.
Io ho chiesto piu volte di far uscire un tecnico per controllare in centrale perchè a mio avviso il problema è li, ma per loro in centrale è tutto a posto.
Ho notato anche un calo della velocita della connessione, da 60mb sono passato a 30mb, ma per loro è tutto normale.
A me viene il dubbio che sia la rete a non reggere il flusso di dati, perchè queste disconnessioni mi succedono soprattutto quando gioco con la Playstation oppure quando guardo video su youtube alla Tv.
vi lascio anche il log degli errori proprio durante una disconnessione.`
