Salve Fastweb mi ha inviato altre due fatture il passaggio è avvenuto il 14/11
Passaggio da Fastweb a Infostrada dopo 7 anni
PietroAngelillo Qui risulta addirittura che tu abbia consumato minuti di telefonia. Sicuro di aver migrato e non semplicemente attivato nuova linea? Sei passato alla FTTH con Wind?

Ti hanno accreditato il periodo 15/11-30/11 in bolletta, e ci sono €56 di dismissione FW.
Groas addebitato caso mai i costi di disattivazione si pagano solo le operatore da prova che per lui è un costo ergo schiacciare dei bottoni non credo che rappresentano dei costi

Groas Non ci avevo fatto caso! Verissimo, la fattura è regolarissima.
PietroAngelillo Assolutamente no, fino al 31 dicembre vigono i costi di recesso attuali, per Fastweb sono 56 euro. Sono pochissimi, è giusto pagarli perchè l'operatore non dismette gratuitamente le linee.
Da gennaio saranno più bassi ma ci saranno sempre e comunque. Non puoi appellarti a nulla, sono state già emesse sentenze a riguardo e non vinceresti la causa.
Sono 42 euro, non 300 come può capitare con TIM Wind e Voda.

Si colpa mia di fatto a me il passaggio "costa"solo 20 euro infatti io ottobre lo usato la linea è cessato il 14
